I am Laurie Rubinetti and I love graphic design! After attending Newark School of Fine and Industrial Art I worked in the corporate, advertising, marketing, and publishing fields as a graphic designer. In 2007 I started my freelance graphic and web design business; Lola Design. Why Lola? It was my camp nickname! I have recently accepted a position in the marketing department at Comverge as Senior Print & Web designer, but I continue to accept freelance projects.
I keep my skills up to date by continually getting technical training—most recently in video editing with Adobe Premiere. I have advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver and more. Please see my resume for more details about my skills and work experience.
Free time is spent in my garden, walking my crazy dog Sofie and trying to avoid housework and cooking.
